Emirati Jobseekers
By doing surveys through Emirati Youth for
what they are looking to choose for the future job they found the Emirati always looking for
the government sector because it offers advantages and high salary with less working
hours compared with the private sector. On other part the lowest rate of
Emirati job seekers they looking for a challenge on private sector
to develop the skills and get more experience. The UAE government is vision to
focus on hiring high numbers of Emiratis and also UAE residents by opining Tawdheef
exhibition at 2013 and "The main concern about working in the
private sector was, "competition for government jobs will intensify as
demand outpaces supply" ".
