First draft -- UK can cope with solar superstom

Royal academy of England predicts that a solar super storms could rave serious effects on UK but would not be catastrophic

General satellite systems in clouding GPS , aviation systems and avionic communication would need to rely on back up systems to continue

Solar storms are common   and can effect space craft electronics  and radio broadcast.

For example the cariugton solar storm of  1859 caused a widespread atmosphere changes and auroras across the globe .

Solar storms causes a lot of heat that can damage the electrical quitrents. But contingency plans are expected to control such threats.

A lot of GPS services use the   American sat-nave spacecraft to synchronize their operations, and most of it would be lost or degraded  within 3 days .
